FAQ

Do you charge per user, or is there a limit to the number of users per workspace?

No, RepoFlow does not charge per seat, and you can add as many users as you'd like to your workspace.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is your private space to manage repositories and team access. Each cloud plan includes one workspace.

How do you count packages?

We count unique packages. Different versions of the same package count as 1.

What happens if I exceed my workspace monthly bandwidth limit?

Downloads are blocked until the limit resets at the start of the next month. You can still manage your workspace, delete packages, and upload more packages. If you need more bandwidth, upgrade your plan.

What happens if I hit my storage, package, or AI request limit?

RepoFlow blocks the specific resource you reached. If storage is full uploads are blocked, if you hit the package limit new unique packages are blocked, and if you hit the AI request limit AI features are paused until the next monthly reset. Everything else keeps working, and you can delete packages or upgrade your plan for higher limits.

Do you offer an SLA?

An SLA for support is included only with a custom Enterprise plan. Contact us to discuss requirements.

Do you offer refunds for cloud plans?

Yes, cloud plans include a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase.
